Ingredients:

  • From bread dough:
  • Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup soya milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp jaggery
  • 2tsp yeast (I used instant from deepali’s shop)
  • 2 cups wheat flour

 

Method:

1. In the lukewarm water add salt, jaggery, yeast. It should start to froth on the top in 5 mins
2. By mixing soya milk and wheat flour prepare soft dough
3. Set aside for 1.5 hrs
4. Punch it down.
5. Roll out Chapati with this dough
6. Spread the jam
7. Roll it into a log
8.cut it into 1 inch slices
9. Bake at 160 degrees for 15-20 mins
