Almond cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond powder
  • 1 cup dry coconut
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup fine semolina
  • 1/2 cup jaggery
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda.

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Form balls. Flatten to cookie shape.
  • Place it on tray.
  • Bake at 350 F (~178 degree C) for 15-18 mins.
