Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Finely chop chikoo

Method:

  • Finely chop chikoo
  • Cook chopped chikoo with vent on and lid closed for 4-5 minutes
  • Cook till all the the fruit ‘s moisture evaporates.
  • Cool the cooked chikoo and blend to achieve a buttery texture
