- Pressure cook raw mangoes (2)
- Blend the pulp in blender(2 cups) with jaggery(4 cups), cardamom powder( 4 TSP)
- Mix 25 glasses of water, with safron
- After mixing all the above ingredients, your panna is ready
- Serve chilled.
- Add salt as per taste in panna
