Serving Size: 2 small cups or Or 1 big glass

Ingredients:

  • Soak 4-5 almonds,
  • 4-5 cashews for 7-8 hrs
  • Soak 3 dates for 10 mins

Method:

  • Grind everything till smooth paste..
  • Add required water
  • Can flavour it with vanilla / coco powder/ cardamom/ safron etc
  • Serve chilled with cut fruits on the top 👍🏻
  • For kids you can even add 1-2 tsp of soaked sesame seeds/ chia seeds/ pumpkin seeds etc.
