Cucumber Pear Sorbet:

Preparation time : 10 min
Freezing time : approximately 6 hours
Serves :2-3

Ingredients:

1 cup – cucumber, peeled, deseeded and diced
1 Pear – peeled, deseeded and diced
1 tbsp – chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp – Kokavi
1 tbsp – lemon juice
A pinch of black salt

Method:
1. Blend all the ingredients together
2. Pour mixture into ice cube trays to freeze
3. Once frozen, blend those cubes to a slush and freeze in an airtight container or serve immediately
