Ingredients:

Steamed baby potatoes – 10-12

Peanut curd – 1/2 cup

Chilli powder to taste

Onions – 1

turmeric powder 1 tsp

Garam masala : 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Soaked poppy seeds – 1 tbsp

Methods:

  1.  Take baby potatoes with the peel and marinate with curd salt and chilli powder
  2.  Make paste of posto ( poppy seeds)
  3. Roast cut onion and add  poppy seeds paste to it
  4. Add all the spices : salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam Masala
  5. Then add potatoes to it and cook for few mins
  6. Add the marinated curd water to it and put the mixture in cooker for 2 to 3 vessels.
  7.  Aloo posto is ready.
