Mango sasawe:
Preparation time:10mins
Serving size:6-8
Small ripe mangoes-8
Coconut grated- 1 cup
Red chillies – 5
Hing – 1 teaspoon
Jaggery – 3
Mustard – 1 teaspoon

1. Peel and squeeze the mangoes
2. Dry roast mustard and keep aside
3. Grind coconut , red chillies and hing to a fine paste ,add mustard seeds and pulse it a bit* don not grind the mustard seeds too much as it will turn bitter
4. Cook this paste with mangoes and let it boil, add Jaggery and salt
