Tangy mango gravy :
6 small ripe mango
1 ts fennel seeds (sounf)
1/2 ts cumin seeds
1/2 ts haldi powder
1/2 ts red chilli powder
1/2 ts sounf ka powfer
1/2 ts Coriender powder
Jeggery as per taste
Rock salt 1/2 ts rest as per taste
One finely chopped green chilli
Some chopped coriander leaves
4 tbs Jaggery powder or accordingly
Put some water as well

In a hot pan put cumin seed, saunf and pinch of heeng and roast it
After that pour
all other things in the pan and boil it in the the covered pan on sim Flame for 5- 10 minutes.
Tangy mango curry ๐Ÿ˜‹is ready
Garnish it with coriander leaves
