Ingredients:
1. White peta : half kg.
2. Chennai dal: 1 katori
3. Har har dal : half katori
Masala:
Dry roast :
1. Whole daniya : 2 spoons
2. Urad dal : 1 spoon
3. Jeera : half teaspoon
4. Hing
5. 2 to 3 red chillies
Dry roast above and grind together with grated coconut and keep aside.

Soak imly(amla size)

Method:

  • cook peta and dal in a cooker.
  • Add imly extract tithe cooked mixture.
  • Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  • Then add ground masala.
  • Boil together for 5 minutes.
  • Then do tadka.
  • Garnish with hara daniya.
  • Of course, add salt according to your taste.
