Ingredients:

For the sauce

  • Basil (1 bunch),
  • Walnuts 10 to 12 ,                                                           Pesto pasta
  • 2  cloves of garlic,
  • salt to taste.
  • Grind and make it to a paste.

Pasta

  • Boil the pasta with salt .

Method:

  • In a vessel saute capsicum, baby corn n peas.
  • After they are cooked add the basil paste
  • Add cashew cheese
  • Add  boiled pasta and mix well.
  • Add salt if required.
  • You can add chilli flakes too.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
