Onion – 1 medium
Pickle spices mix – 2-3 tsp
[ mustard powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder,
fenugreek powder, hing, saunf powder]
Salt – 1 tsp
Jaggery – as per taste
- Cut raw mango and onion into small pieces.
- Mix salt, jaggery, masala with cut pieces of mango and onion.
- Instant pickle is ready to serve.
