Mango pudding:
Preparation time: 10 mins
Serving size: 6 -8 portions
Mango pulp – 6 cups
Coconut milk – 1 cup
Water- 2 cups
Soaked sabja seeds – 4 tsp
Cardamom powder – 2tsp
Agar-agar/ China grass powder/sheet – 7 gms

1. Blend Everything except soaked seeds in mixer
2.in a cup of water melt agar-agar/ China grass by heating the water and stirring continuously
3. Immediately mix it with the mango mixture , add sabja seeds
4. And set it in the fridge for 2-3 hrs to set it.
