Navaratan Chiwda

Ingredients

Jowar flakes – ½ cup

Bajara flakes – ½ cup

Plain makhana – ½ cup

Roasted chana flakes – ½ cup

Roasted peanuts / fried chana gram1 tbsp

Curry leaves – 10/12

Sesame seeds – 2 tsp

Flax seeds – 2 tsp

Roasted Dhania crushed- 2 tsp

Amchur powder – 1 tsp

Dry date powder – 1 tsp

Sauf – 1 tsp

Chilli powder – 1 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Dry roast everything separately till crunchy except amchur powder, dry date powder and chilli powder
  2. After cooling down mix everything together, add rock salt as per taste and store in an air tight container
  3. Before serving, shake well so that spiced get evenly spread.
