Navaratan Chiwda
Ingredients
Jowar flakes – ½ cup
Bajara flakes – ½ cup
Plain makhana – ½ cup
Roasted chana flakes – ½ cup
Roasted peanuts / fried chana gram1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 10/12
Sesame seeds – 2 tsp
Flax seeds – 2 tsp
Roasted Dhania crushed- 2 tsp
Amchur powder – 1 tsp
Dry date powder – 1 tsp
Sauf – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Method:
- Dry roast everything separately till crunchy except amchur powder, dry date powder and chilli powder
- After cooling down mix everything together, add rock salt as per taste and store in an air tight container
- Before serving, shake well so that spiced get evenly spread.
