Ingredients:

Ragi flour – 2 cups

Cooked cow peas – ¼ cup

Cut veggies ( carrot/onions/beans etc) – 1/4th cup

Methi leaves – ¼ th cup

Cut green chilli- ginger – 2-3

Salt to taste

Hot water to knead

Method:

  1. Dry roast ragi flour in a kadai on a medium flame
  2. Remove from the fire, to that add the cooked cow peas, cut veggies, methi leaves, ginger, chillies, salt and knead with enough warm water to form thick dough
  3. Give desired shape and steam it in the cooker w/o whistle for 15 mins
  4. Serve hot with sambar or chutney.
